Health
& Safety Rules:
1. Immediately upon entering the pool area,
each member must sign the register, must name all guests/family
members in his/her party. All guests should be introduced
to the lifeguards.
2. Each person MUST shower before entering
the pools. A shower is also required after play, sunbathing
and exercising.
3. Lifeguards are on duty during posted pool
hours and ARE IN COMPLETE AUTHORITY. Swimming at any other
time is forbidden.
4. Board of Health Regulations governing swimming
pools apply and are posted at the Club as required by law.
Only bathing suits may be worn in the pools.
5. Parking is permitted only in the LOWER
parking lots for members and their guests. No parking is allowed
in the upper parking area near the house except for members
who have reserved a party in advance for that particular day
and they only may have parking privileges to unload and load
for their party on that day. No guests may have parking privileges
during this time. Also, the upper parking area is used for
the lifeguards on duty, for any service vehicles and for the
Property Manager.
6. Members shall not congregate around the
lifeguards on duty, nor engage them in extensive conversations.
7. Floats or tubes are permitted at the discretion
of the lifeguards.
8. Children MUST BE toilet trained to enter
the large pool. No diapers, "swimmers" or "swimmies" in the
large pool.
9. BABYSITTING: Member's children under 12
years of age may be accompanied by a non-member babysitter
of at least 16 years of age. Parents must notify and provide
the lifeguard staff in advance with the sitter's name for
each day. Under this rule, the sitter is fully responsible
for the child.
10. Members are not permitted to have pets
on the premises at any time.
11. No members are permitted inside the guard
shack.
12. The dressing rooms/bathrooms in the bathhouse
are the ONLY facilities to be used for changing clothes.
