Age Restrictions:

1. Age restrictions apply to calendar year, not the actual month and date of the child's birth.

2. Children under 14 are not permitted to bring guests unless accompanied by an adult member. Please see lifeguard for special permission slips available regarding this rule and for children under 14.

3. Children between the ages of 10 and 12 years old will be allowed in the pool during regular pool hours without a parent or babysitter only under the following conditions: (a) The parents/guardians of the child must complete, sign and date a "permission form" for the current year with the pool lifeguards. (b) The child must pass a swimming test conducted by the lifeguards. (c) Children who meet these requirements must sign in the daily pool register each time they visit the pool. (d) Children who have met the above requirements must agree to abide by the posted rules and the lifeguard's rules. (e) This privilege will be taken away for the season if, in the opinion of the lifeguards, the child violates pool rules more than three times in the season.

4. No children under 14 are allowed to be at the pool facilities or pool grounds after 8:00 PM, unless accompanied by a responsible adult member.

5. No children over 7 years of age will be allowed in the baby/wading pool.
