APPLICATION TO HOLD A PARTY OF 15 GUESTS OR MORE

Party Guidelines

  • Parties that extend beyond the posted hours must be arranged in advance with Board of Directors member Marc  Allen (426-9884).  

  • The host will be responsible for paying the lifeguards starting at the posted closing time.

  • Lifeguards must remain on duty until the conclusion of the party and until the premises are closed.

  • Guards have the right to request ID of anyone drinking alcohol.

  • Each sponsor is responsible for all the guests and is required to remain at the club for the duration of the party.

  • Parties for teenagers or children are not permitted without adult members in attendance.

  • Each sponsor is responsible for cleaning up after the party. Guards will supply trash bags and receptacles, but the hosts are responsible for removing all trash to the dumpster.

  • Only guests of the sponsor (s) paying the lifeguard are permitted on club grounds after closing time.

  • There must be one sponsoring family for every 15 (fifteen) guests, with a limit of 60 (sixty) guests per day.

  • A minimum ratio of 1:5 (adults to children) is required for each group of guests.

  • The Club will accept only one party reservation per day.

  • Exclusive use of the facilities is not permitted.

To Register Your Party

1.  Call Marc Allen 426-9884 to have your party scheduled on the pool calendar.

2.  Complete this form and return it to Marc no later than 1 week before the party to:
